Due to the perishable nature of food products, we follow a strict quality-based return policy.
1. Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
• Product is damaged during transit
• Incorrect or defective product is delivered
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
2. Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or consumed food products
• Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
3. Refund Process
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
• Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as replacement/store credit
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
