This Export Policy governs all international orders and shipments placed with Crispo Makhana.

1. Export Products

We export:

• Raw makhana (fox nuts)

• Graded and bulk makhana

• Roasted and flavored makhana

• Customized makhana-based products (as per buyer specification)

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• Export orders are accepted only in bulk quantities.

• MOQ depends on product type, grade, and destination country.

• Retail quantities are not applicable for exports.

3. Certifications & Compliance

Export consignments may include the following documents, as applicable:

• FSSAI License

• Phytosanitary Certificate

• Certificate of Origin

• APEDA Registration

• Health Certificate (if required)

• Country-specific compliance documents

The buyer is responsible for verifying import requirements of their destination country.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

• Export prices are quoted in USD or agreed foreign currency.

• Prices may be FOB, CIF, or CFR, as mutually agreed.

• Payment modes include Advance Payment, LC, or other agreed terms.

• All bank charges are to be borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.

5. Packaging & Labeling

• Packaging is done as per export standards and buyer specifications.

• Private labeling and customized packaging may be provided on request.

• Label compliance with importing country regulations is the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipment timelines depend on order volume, documentation, and logistics.

• Crispo Makhana is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, port congestion, or force majeure events.

7. Export Returns & Claims

• Export orders are non-returnable once dispatched.

• Quality or quantity claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with documentary evidence.

• Claims are subject to mutual verification.

8. Liability Limitation

Crispo Makhana shall not be liable for losses arising due to:

• Import restrictions or regulatory changes in the destination country

• Improper storage or handling after shipment

• Delays beyond reasonable control

9. Governing Law

All export transactions shall be governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
